Groundskeeper

Role Overview

Maintains the exterior physical features of the community by performing tasks to keep the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal of the property in good condition. Completes minor repairs at the direction of the Service Director.

What You Will Do

Inspects the community, removes litter and debris, ensures common areas are neat, removes trash from vacant apartments, completes minor service requests, and changes locks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Rudimentary knowledge of company software
• Ability to read, understand, and comply with product labels, safety, and policy and procedures manuals
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills
