Groundskeeper, Multifamily

Role Overview

The Groundskeeper plays a key role in maintaining the appearance of apartment communities, working directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and office staff to provide world-class service to residents.

What You Will Do

Responsible for the upkeep of property landscape, exterior image, and public areas, including cleaning, maintenance, snow removal, and pool cleaning.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to take direction in English or Spanish
• Professional and courteous
• Ability to identify and understand the speech of another person
• Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
