5+ years in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Paid Search and SEO; Proven ownership of multi-million dollar paid search budgets; Strong command of Google Search and Shopping

0-3 years of experience, ability to communicate clearly and confidently

2–4 years of experience in merchandising, buying, ecommerce, or a related field; strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights; high proficiency in Excel, including working with large datasets

10–15+ years of business operations experience, deep expertise in soft goods product development, and strong situational leadership and negotiation skills
