Senior Associate, Design (Product Design & Development)

We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Design (Product Design & Development) to support the execution of our Bed and Bath product categories. The role works closely with Senior Designers to translate design direction into clear technical documentation, coordinate sample development, and maintain systems for product development.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product design, product development, or technical design within home textiles, apparel, or soft goods
• Strong attention to detail and an instinct for organization
• Comfortable managing multiple development tasks and timelines simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience working with PLM systems or similar product documentation tools
