Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in business operations, product operations, or cross-functional leadership within consumer brands
- Deep expertise in soft goods product development
- Fluent in how products move from concept through sampling, development, approvals, production, and launch
- Experience building or improving cross-functional go-to-market processes
- Exceptional relationship-building and influence skills with the ability to establish trust quickly across teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong situational leadership and negotiation skills when navigating competing priorities
- A builder’s mindset with the ability to introduce structure where needed, while remaining pragmatic and flexible
- High standards, strong follow-through, and a bias toward action
