Senior Associate, Inbound Operations

Brooklinen is seeking a Senior Associate, Inbound Operations to oversee first-mile operations, ensure shipments move efficiently, and partner with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in inbound operations, supply chain, or logistics, with direct ownership of inbound freight
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners
• Proficiency in NetSuite or a comparable ERP system
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable managing both internal and external stakeholders
• Self-directed and solutions-oriented, with the ability to operate independently
• Interest in improving processes and building more efficient ways of working
