Job Description
Responsible for nursing care planning and management of patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Utilizes basic physical and psychosocial skills by identifying actual/potential nursing/clinical problems based on bio-psycho-social-spiritual assessment data of the client and their families or caregivers and documents findings.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a State of Florida license
- Associate, Bachelors, or Master's degree from an accredited school of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
