Job Description
Responsible for nursing care planning and management of patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Provides patient-centered care, documents findings, and evaluates outcomes. Participates in team conferences and maintains a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a State of Florida license
- Associate, Bachelors, or Master’s degree from an accredited school of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
