The Senior Grants Accountant position supports the operations of the College's Grants Accounting department. Under limited supervision, the senior grant accountant is responsible for completing award and project billings and financial reporting in accordance with the contract award terms and conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Six years of relevant experience
- Experience in grants/contracts/accounting in higher education setting preferred
- Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
- Workday experience preferred
- Knowledge of 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance preferred
- Strong skills in spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel
