Commercial Lines Account Manager

Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for their growing team in Pryor, OK. The role involves overseeing customer relationships, generating innovative solutions, and maintaining accuracy of customer files.

Requirements

• Oversee the retention and client relationship management of a designated book of business
• Follow agency procedures for renewal workflow and timeline
• Participate in strategic internal and external meetings
• Responsible for maintaining accuracy of customer files, and consistent documentation
• Identify internal resources and utilize them to effectively bring values to customer
• Maintain excellent communication with team and internal and external customers at all stages of account cycle
• Provides sound recommendations and guidance to customers on insurance programs
• Strictly adhere to procedures and deadlines; communicate the same needs to team
• Invoice and collect premiums in timely manner in accordance with agency procedures
• Provide prompt responses to all customer requests
