Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Coordinator to support business relationships with clients and provide customer service. The primary responsibility of this position is to service clients and support the implementation and renewal of health and welfare programs.
Requirements
- Ensure overall client satisfaction by providing timely resolution and follow up of service issues
- Work under the direction of Account Executives to assist in the fulfillment of client needs
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors and internal teammates
- Maintain account files and ensure that documents are placed into appropriate sections for Quality Control (QC) guidelines
- Support clients in attaining compliance with governmental requirements
