Job Description
Brown & Brown is seeking an EB Producer to join our growing team. A dedicated and knowledgeable healthcare insurance sales professional with a strong track record of advising organizations on their health and welfare benefits needs.
Requirements
- A current Life and Health and/or licensed as a Producer of Property and Casualty in applicable state
- A minimum of 2-5 yearsâ experience at an insurance brokerage
- Ability to actively generate prospects and set appointments for new client opportunities
- Energetic, highly motivated team player who has strong interpersonal communication skills
- Flexibility to meet the needs of our clients through initiative and integrity
