Job Description
Brown & Brown is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team! The role involves screening, sourcing, and recruiting ideal candidates to fill staffing needs and provide ongoing strategy to find future teammates for Brown & Brown.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college, or university
- 5+ years of more of recruiting experience in either a corporate setting or placement firm
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail
