Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools and Virtual Collaboration Tools.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools
- Working knowledge of Virtual Collaboration Tools
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Ability to interpret software delivery team performance metrics
- Strong conflict-resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, KMP, PSK, SSM, CSM or higher) certification (Preferred)
- Experience supporting multiple Scrum Squads simultaneously (Preferred)
- Background in organizational change management (Preferred)
- Understanding of DevOps culture (Preferred)
