As the Account Manager, you will use judgment and decision-making skills to provide service for customer accounts and transactions, in support of the production and retention of the business.

Requirements

• Property Casualty Licensed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in a business or finance-related discipline preferred
• 3-5 years of insurance experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Exceptional telephone demeanor
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
