Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- Experience auditing a variety of benefit plans required
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP and GAAS
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- ProSystems, Engagement or other related software experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, project management skills, and strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Willing to stay up to date through continuing education and continuous reading of professional journals
- Involved in community/business associations
