Manager - Product Design

BrowserStack is seeking a Manager of Design (Automation Testing Products Suite) to create efficient and delightful product experiences across their Automation Testing suite. The role requires 12+ years of experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX, or Product Design, including 3+ years in a design leadership role. The candidate should have experience leading design for complex, high-scale cloud platforms and be comfortable with vibe-coding and hands-on development experience.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX, or Product Design
• 3+ years of experience in a design leadership role
• Experience leading design for complex, high-scale cloud platforms
• Hands-on development experience
• Comfortable with vibe-coding (Replit /Lovable/ Cursor/ Antigravity / claude code / opencode etc..) complex product workflows & MVPs
• Managerial expertise: Experience leading mid-to-large-scale design initiatives and teams
