Manager - Product Design

BrowserStack is seeking a Manager of Design for its Automation Testing suite. The ideal candidate will lead the design direction for core initiatives, partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering, and architect technical workflows for a modern design team.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Interaction Design, UI/UX, or Product Design
• 3+ years in a design leadership role
• Proven success leading design for complex, high-scale cloud platforms
• Deep fluency at the intersection of design systems and engineering
• Hands-on development experience
• Vibe-coding expertise
• Managerial expertise leading mid-to-large-scale design initiatives and teams
