IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist with hardware and software requirements, troubleshooting, and setting up workstations at Joint Base San Antonio. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, knowledge of IT system principles, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT System principles, concepts, and practices
• Knowledge of network administration and security practices for government facilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Access)
• Ability to pass a federal agency background check
• Secret Clearance
• Security+ Certification
• National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
• Common Access Card (CAC)
• Air Force experience
