Physician Curriculum Lead

The Physician Curriculum Lead will support the Mobile Training Team (MTT) assigned to the Valkyrie Course, providing clinical lead for emergency trauma and EFWB training delivery, validating medical content, and providing medical oversight for high-fidelity simulation and clinical scenario exercises.

Requirements

• MD/DO or equivalent with background in education/training, or senior Physician Assistant with PhD equivalent in training-related field.
• 5+ years clinical practice; 3+ years medical education experience.
• Deployed military medical experience required in tactical medicine with clinical trauma or critical care expertise applicable to austere settings (former SOF, flight surgeon, combat paramedic preferred).
• Leadership and SME coordination across multiple services.
