Job Description
Glacier Federal (GF) is seeking an experienced Realty Specialist to support Joint Base San Antonio's diverse real property mission, providing advisory services, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining records in compliance with applicable Air Force, DoD, and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Public Administration, Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of real property, contracting, or civil engineering experience with federal agencies
- Knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineer procedures, DoD real property policies, records management procedures, and APSR system use
