Job Description
Benefit Recovery is seeking a computer-liter, customer-focused individual to collect and verify Health Insurance Information (OHI) from military retirees and dependents, utilizing the MTF. The role involves verifying OHI information, entering it into computer systems, and providing customer service. This position requires a Security Clearance as part of the U.S. Military.
Requirements
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. Military Security Clearance required
- Successful completion of a background check
