Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Health Recovery Support Specialist. The role involves verifying billable health insurance, obtaining claim status via telephone calls, using payer portals, and accurately entering information into systems. Training will be provided.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented individual with a focus on accuracy
- Fast typist with a minimum speed of approximately 40 words per minute
- Proficient in computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with UB04, CMS1500, ICD-9, and ICD-10 forms (preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
