No formal education needed; 2+ years paving experience & 2+ screed experience required. Requires a strong understanding of asphalt paving
Shop Heavy Equipment Technician
Must have a high school degree or equivalent, 2 years of experience, and general knowledge of computers
Pipe Supervisor
5+ years hands-on experience. 2+ years supervisory experience. Ability to coordinate schedules & meet budget
Heavy Equipment Operator
2+ yrs exp. operating earthmoving equipment. Willingness to travel to jobsites in Southeast PA
Site Superintendent
Experience with construction and understanding of responsibilities. Excellent communication & leadership skills. Ability to manage schedules, blueprints, and contracts
Project Engineer
2-year degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management. Field/Construction experience preferred. Experience interpreting blueprints, project management software, and effective scheduling
Night Shift Diesel Truck Technician
Requires mechanical/electrical/hydraulic aptitude and the ability to interpret diagnostic equipment. At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment is needed
Truck Driver - Class A
High school diploma required. Class A CDL and 1-2 years experience preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices is essential
Pipe Layer
High school diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of pipe work experience. Familiarity with safety and communication
Paver Operator
No formal education needed. 1+ year of experience operating asphalt paving machines or related tasks is required. A comprehensive understanding of paving industry best practices is essential
