Requirements
- Product Development: Participation in the development of organic-chemical use substances for diagnostic tests
- Experiment and Production: Supervision of experiments and production approaches for organic-chemical substances in production or pilot plant scale for optimizing reaction parameters and testing process stability
- Risk Analysis: Participation in creating safety- and quality-relevant documents and risk analyses, as well as conducting and processing derived measures
- Change Management: Evaluation of production deviations, as well as coordination and implementation of troubleshooting
- Data Analysis: Documentation of production approaches and operation tests, as well as evaluation and interpretation of results
- Document Management: Revision and further development of manufacturing instructions
- Qualification: Completed Master's degree preferably with subsequent promotion in chemistry with a focus on organic synthesis and synthetic chemistry or comparable qualification
- Professional Knowledge: Experience in synthetic chemistry
- Practical Experience: Experience in experimental planning and implementation of test series, preferably also in the production environment
- Language Skills: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
- Communication: Ability to present structured results and convincing presentations in the project environment
