Bruker is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to facilitate talent selection, recruitment metrics and analytics, strategic workforce planning, talent sourcing and attraction, candidate screening and assessment, candidate experience management, and interview coordination.
Requirements
- Proven experience within recruitment/talent acquisition
- Fluency in Polish (min C1 Level) and English (min B2 Level); any other language will be a plus (German/French/Spanish and Italian)
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence and be seen as a trusted advisor, leveraging a strong business acumen
- Ability to set and manage candidate and hiring manager expectations
- Resourceful, determined, collaborative approach with strong sense of urgency
