Talent Acquisition Specialist

Teltonika is inviting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing Poland (Warsaw) team to help grow their international teams based on best practices in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing and selecting top of the market talent
• An understanding of how to work with different type of recruitments in different industries
• The ability to collaborate with different hiring managers and stakeholders
• The ability to work fully independently: organize your time, set priorities, achieve results
• The ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
• A results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing and hiring top talents at scale
• Experience in working with ATS (Workable is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Polish
