Voyagu is a travel management company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its recruitment team and support the company’s continued growth.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Hands-on experience with mass hiring or cohort-based hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English (C1)
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience running full-cycle recruitment processes
- Confidence in conducting structured interviews and assessing candidate fit
