Job Description
Brunswick is seeking a Warehouse System & Process Engineer EMEA to lead the process optimization and systems integration within our distribution center. The successful candidate will design future-state workflows, implement ERP and WMS platforms, and drive operational excellence through data-driven engineering and project management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, simulation software, and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP platforms, preferably D365
- Project management experience, preferably with Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Business process mapping & SOP’s redaction
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
