Implementation & Training Specialist

BS&A Software seeks an Implementation & Training Specialist to support the implementation of cloud-based ERP software for local governments and utility districts across the country, with a focus on Indiana-based clients. This role involves translating customer requirements into effective software solutions and supporting successful onboarding.

Requirements

• Ability to Define, analyze, and interpret client business needs and procedures autonomously, aligning them with project objectives
• Independently configure and customize ERP systems in line with client’s operational methods and BS&A’s recommended practices
• Develop user documentation and guidance materials for customers
• Conduct software training for end-users both remotely and in-person
• Deliver outstanding customer support and address client concerns throughout the implementation process
• Ability to work independently, manage personal tasks effectively, take initiative in problem-solving, and meet deadlines
