Customer Solutions Design Manager

The Customer Solutions Design Manager plays a crucial role in delivering BT Solutions to a diverse range of customers, spanning from Small Medium Enterprises to Global organizations.

Requirements

• Lead and oversee complex transitions, transformations, and changes within network infrastructure, including WNB, C2M integration, and other intricate initiatives across Edge Technologies including Cisco/Meraki/HPE LAN/WLAN/SDLAN/DC/ACI
• Accountable for end-to-end technical solution and delivery of solution DCMs to time, cost and quality
• Take accountability for end-to-end design and adherence to CS&D gold standards and governance
• Take responsibility for team management, including risk mitigation, career growth, performance management, knowledge sharing, and training on product or service specialisation
