Lead Customer Solutions Design Specialist position at BT, responsible for capturing customer technical requirements, managing delivery of technical direction, and driving improvement of design and delivery capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Team player with ability to provide technical consultancy
- Collaboration with Pre-Sales, Project Management, and Support colleagues
- Experience in Low-level design
- Expert knowledge in Cisco WAN/LAN, Data Centres, and Wireless technologies
