Senior Corporate & Contracts Lawyer

The Senior Corporate & Contracts Lawyer will provide strategic legal support on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, advising on corporate governance and compliance, and supporting the business in mitigating legal risks.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Advise on corporate governance, structuring, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Support senior management in strategic decision-making by identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies
• Manage corporate filings, board/shareholder resolutions, and secretarial matters
• Advise on M&A transactions, including due diligence and transaction documentation
• Develop and implement contract management policies, templates, and best practices
• Liaise with external counsel where specialized legal expertise is required
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Handle disputes and potential claims related to contracts, in coordination with litigation teams
