Job Description
BTG Pactual is seeking an IT Products - Products Technical Leader to ensure the evolution, maintenance, and operation of technology that supports the bank's products, ensuring quality and security standards. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in technology areas in banks or financial sector companies and has led development and support teams of applications. They should have a good understanding of ITIL practices, agile methodologies, and enterprise application architectures.
Requirements
- Professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software, or related fields
- At least 5 years in technology areas in Banks or Financial Sector Companies
- At least 4 years leading development and support teams of applications
- Enterprise application architectures (monoliths, microservices, APIs)
- Integrations with core banking systems and market systems
- Good understanding of ITIL practices and incident management
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
