Job Description
BTIG is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its Private Capital Advisory team in New York office, with strong accounting fundamentals, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and transaction experience across private growth capital and M&A advisory.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Investment Banking or Equity Research experience
- An undergraduate degree in finance or economics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous project deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Capital IQ, Pitchbook, and Bloomberg
- Ability to work well in teams
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and interpersonal skills
- Solid work ethic and superior attention to detail
- CFA is highly preferred
