Job Description
BTIG is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its SPAC Investment Banking and Capital Markets team in New York, with responsibilities including client interaction, new business generation, and capital markets transactions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of investment banking experience, with SPAC experience required
- FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to convey ideas
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in presentations
