Job Description
BTSE Group is seeking a skilled Settlement leader to oversee and strengthen their global settlement operations, managing trade, deposit, and withdrawal processes. The role focuses on process improvements, enhanced governance, and automation, with a strong focus on compliance and risk management in a competitive global market. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with fluency in Mandarin and English.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or above in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of settlement/operations experience
- Proven expertise in governance, risk, and control frameworks
- Strong knowledge of settlement practices across FX, securities, and/or digital assets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Ability to manage and escalate complex settlement issues
