Requirements
- Conduct in-depth analysis of company performance, business operations, and organizational structure
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards, performance tracking tools, and regular reporting
- Work on budgeting, headcount planning, and resource allocation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance and Business teams
- Assist in formulating and executing strategic plans
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
