The Behavioral Health Liaison will serve as a crucial link between students, parents, school staff, and therapists, ensuring seamless access to mental health services within the school community.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; some college or experience in human services, education, or community work strongly preferred
- Passionate about mental health, youth development, and community outreach
- Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents
- Strong understanding of behavioral health issues
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse school populations, including students, parents, teachers, and administrators
