Assistant Manager

An outgoing individual who is eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally. The Assistant Manager should be a team player who is very detail oriented and constantly looking for ways to improve themselves, the team, and the car wash.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2-4 years of Asst. Manager experience (must show on Resume)
• Exceptional leadership skills including goal setting and motivating
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organization and time management
• Excellent customer service and team building skills
• Ability to adapt to change and adhere to systems and company policies
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull over 50 lbs. at a time
• Computer knowledge, ability to learn how to work the site point of sale system, Microsoft word, excel, etc.
• A desire to be active and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
