Cashier Team Lead

The Store Team Lead primary duties are to direct customer traffic, serve as first responder to customer inquiries, and direct duties of cashiers and maintenance employees. Candidates must exhibit leadership, store knowledge, and communicative skills.

Requirements

• Illustrate competent knowledge of various Point of Sale and transaction devices
• Deliver clean, friendly, and in-stock
• Serve as cashier when needed
• Enforce Company policies and procedures in absence of store management
• Perform close duties
• Assign and inspect elements of the shift duty list
• Reconcile shift reports
