Human Resources Field Representative providing assistance with Human Resources and Employee Relations issues within stores.
Requirements
- Maintain a working knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations including timekeeping and disciplinary issues
- Act as a liaison between Store Management and Human Resources department
- Review applications and interviews for frontline positions
- Manage the store onboarding process for new employees
- Partner with HR Team to respond to employee's questions about policies, pay, and benefits
- Facilitate online training for new employees
