Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for supporting Superintendents throughout all phases of a project, ensuring safe and timely completion within budget. This role involves managing field construction activities, safety, quality control, and coordinating with various trades and clients. The Assistant Superintendent will learn project risks and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn project drawings, specifications, and scheduling.
- Proficiency with technology (smart phone, tablet, and/or laptop computer).
- Organizational skills with time management and prioritization.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
