Job Description
Draft, proofread, edit, and finalize legal documents, including contracts, agreements, closing documents, letters, and correspondence. Assist with the preparation of transactional documents such as corporate formations, amendments, and other entity filings.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of corporate and/or transactional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with legal document management software, such as iManage
- Familiarity with legal terminology, processes, and protocols
