Job Description
Buchalter APC has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Legal Assistant based in our San Francisco office. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality assistance in support of the firm’s transactional legal services.
Requirements
- Draft, proofread, edit, and finalize real estate legal documents
- Assist with preparing real estate transactional documents
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, calls, and deadlines
- Track key dates, critical deadlines, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
- Handle administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client and firm information
