Job Description
Buckland is looking for an Account Manager to provide high-level customer service to existing clients and onboard new clients. The role involves working with all departments, assessing new business opportunities, and staying up-to-date with industry news and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Business or International Business or similar discipline.
- (CCS) Customs Certified Specialist Designation and/or (LCB) Licensed Customs Broker
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the custom brokerage industry
- MS Office knowledge in applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
