National Account Manager

Buckland is seeking a National Account Manager to manage key national accounts, lead the account onboarding experience, and achieve company sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Mexico Customs and Customs brokerage industry, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Mexico Customs
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the customs brokerage industry
• Prior experience managing client accounts at a national or corporate level
• Demonstrated people leadership experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel internationally, US visa preferable
• Proficient English communication is required
