Production Shiftleader

We are looking for a dedicated Production Shiftleader to lead our operations with care, discipline and technical expertise, ensuring the high quality that our customers expect from us.

Requirements

• Ensure compliance with Buckman's safety, health, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Lead safety initiatives, conduct incident investigations and manage work permits.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure correct waste management in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Achieve production targets within the required time and quality standards.
• Monitor and adjust batch processes via DCS; ensure accurate SAP bookings.
• Troubleshoot process disruptions and maintain complete and accurate production documentation.
• Maximize equipment reliability and coordinate with Maintenance for preventive and corrective work.
• Manage inventory, consumables and bulk tanks; support with counting and inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Quality Control for batch releases and corrections.
• Coach, train and lead your shift team; monitor performance and attendance.
• Ensure clear communication during shift changes and collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, Engineering and other internal and external parties.
