Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Production Shift Leader to lead our operations with care, discipline and technical expertise.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the Chemical or Petrochemical sector.
- Proven leadership experience in production.
- Comprehensive knowledge of DCS-controlled processes.
- Valid certificates: Forklift driver, BHV/Firefighting.
- Preferable knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
- SAP experience in material management.
- Ability to read P&ID's, process diagrams and production flows.
- Understanding of unit operations, instrumentation and basic maintenance work.
