Systems Engineer

Design, implement, support, and manage enterprise servers, systems, and managed services. Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting for IU staff. Support computers, servers, systems, and managed services for Bucks IU and its constituent districts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or technical school
• Significant knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and hardware
• Significant knowledge of network-based applications, client lifecycle, cloud technologies, disaster recovery, and enterprise architecture and systems design
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert certification or equivalent experience supporting Microsoft systems
• Excellent organizational, project planning, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technical aptitude for computer equipment, especially relating to networks, servers, user devices, personal computing devices, and Macintosh and Windows Operating Systems
